To give a small room an elegant touch, coordinating wall coverings can be used together. As seen in this guest bath, the point of interest was purposefully created at eye level through the use of an elegant border. To soften this elaborate dark look, a soft, non-repeating pattern was used on the lower wall space. All accessories and tile were chosen for their color significance as well as their whimsical style.
Wallpaper has become a more versatile option in today's designing arena. Large and bold patterns can be used as a focal point, lending interest to a room that would otherwise be unable to handle such a pattern. In this photo, a vibrant animal print was chosen to be the focal point of the client's home office. Framed out with a raised wood molding, this wall covering incorporates all the color elements of the office furnishings. The main wall space is covered in a softer coordinating paper that beautifully compliments the other elements.
