Pristine Painting insists on using premium grades of paint from reputable manufacturers like Sherwin Williams. These superior lines of paint offer many benefits over builder grade paints. Some of these benefits include: a higher solids and pigmentation concentration as well as improved sheen finish. These attributes improve the durability and color fastness over the life of the painted surface. Due to textured wall and ceiling surfaces, Pristine applies two coat coverage to seal builder grade paint which is very porous. Preparation is key to completing a flawless project. Removal of switch plates and outlet covers provide a seamless finish at openings. In addition, we provide a thorough cleaning of switch plates and outlet covers to remove old dirt and paint prior to reinstallation. Taping off woodwork and protecting all built-in furniture or fixtures alleviates customer concerns regarding paint splatter. Pristine Painting is aware of how valuable our client's time is today. That is why we believe in set start and completion times based upon contracted scope of work. This allows our clients to accurately schedule other trades and deliveries as needed. Pristine remains flexible and makes every effort to accommodate changes that may arise during the project's duration. Before any work is started, Pristine Painting walks the customer through all phases of the project and schedules work in an order that ensures minimal disruption to the client during the course of the job. All floor coverings and furniture are covered within the work area. Pictures, paintings and sculpture are either removed from the work area or are completely protected during the painting process. If needed, drop cloth runners are placed from the homeowner's entrance to the work areas. These runners will remain in place until all work is complete.
